One-on-One Coaching
One-on-One Coaching plans consist of 2 to 4 coaching calls a month. The client can choose to have these calls recorded, and receive an audio file of each call.

Coaching fees range from $225-400 per month.
Receive a 10% discount by paying for 6 months of coaching in advance.

Group Coaching Programs
Group coaching consists of up to 8 people calling in on a conference line. There are 3 (90-minute) coaching calls each month Each call consists of a 15-20 minute learning component, than individual coaching of group members.

Each individual works towards one specific goal around which they receive 7-10 minutes of coaching each session. Hearing others get coached often helps the other members of the group immensely, even if the coaching isn't around the exact same issue the other group members need help on.

There is also a support discussion board for the group. Calls are recorded and mp3 downloads are provided to members.

This is a great plan for those who can't budget for at least 3 months of 1-on-1 coaching.

Group Coaching is $299 for a 3-month program or $125 per month.

All plans offer in-between email support.
